To proceed with a reservation on our website, just click on the "Book Now" tab in the upper left corner, select the dates and number of adults/children/rooms. Then press book now. Will be displayed the various typologies of apartment and select the desired typology. To complete the reservation just click on "Reserve Now" and fill in the requested information.

After finish your reservation the booking confirmation is sent by e-mail for the designated address.

Yes, if you pretend you may pay with other credit card.

While doing your research you may add the number of rooms that you want, being the maximum of 20 rooms. However, for special group rates we appreciate to contact us directly. It is only possible to make a simultaneous reservation of several rooms when their composition of adults/children is homogeneous. If isn’t, you will need to do several reservations separately.

The Hotel offers half-board and full-board stays.

The services available for breakfast are Continental breakfast or the English breakfast upon request.

To book a stay at Hotel da Montanha, a deposit is always required in order to guarantee your stay. After performing your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details in order to proceed the deposit or you may choose to do the payment through the credit card. If your reservation is performed 2 days before the arrival, we will request the full payment by credit card.

On our website are available the lowests prices online. In case of the customer finds a lower price we do guarantee that we will match and apply a discount of 5% on that value, if presents exactly the same conditions as ours. The check-in time is from 2 PM and check-out until 12 AM. You may also find this information on the hotel page in the general conditions and in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation. The change may be possible upon availability of the Hotel. If you wish to change the time, please write in the last step of the reservation where it is designated as "comments", at the moment you are performing your reservation. Are considered children from 3 years to 12 years and babies up to 2 years old. Free cot for children (up to 2 years). Maximum one baby cot per apartment. Half-board and Full-board: 50% of the adult's value (drinks not included); offer for children from 0 to 2 years old.

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

The Bar next to the Reception (Bar Tisana) is open all year round, the Bar of the Restaurant Sabores da Montanha (Bar da Montanha) is open during mealtimes. The pool bar (Bar dos  sentidos) only works during the high season from 10:30 AM until 7:30 PM.

The lunch is available from 12:30 PM until 15:00 PM.

The breakfast is available from 7:30 AM until 10:00 AM.

The dinner is available from 7:30PM to 10:30 PM.

The access to the SPA and Fitness Center is from 10:30 AM until 7:30 PM.

All the rooms have different capacities of the maximum people occupancy. Verify in advance in the descriptions and make a simulation inserting the number of adults and child’s.
