- Meal preparation and cooking;

- Experience and proven professional training in a hospitality environment;
- Experience in Buffet and à la Carte, as well as events;
- Sensitivity in cost management and results orientation;
- Good knowledge of HACCP;
- Aptitude for a distinguished and refined service, strongly customer oriented;
- With ease of communication, capacity for initiative and responsibility;
- Strong professional aptitude for teamwork and goal-oriented;
- Flexible, organized and carefully presented;
- Full availability of schedules and shift work.
