The guarantee is only valid when the lower price found has fully equivalent conditions and can be booked online, in real time, with the same payment conditions as those on hoteldamontanha.com.
The price must correspond to the same room type and number of rooms, same dates, same number of guests, same currency, same board basis, and the same cancellation policies.
It does not apply to pricing errors on other websites.
It does not apply to non‑public prices, such as exclusive, negotiated, or corporate rates.
It does not apply to websites such as Priceline, Hotwire, or others that do not display the hotel or room type before booking.
It does not apply to vouchers.
It does not apply when the difference is only a few decimals; in such cases, Hotel da Montanha will adjust the price.
