The PR5 “Shepherds and Lajeira Route” is a circular walking trail that can be started either at the Relvas Primary School building or at the Church Square in Figueiredo.
This trail is particularly interesting from both a scenic and historical perspective. Along the route, visitors have the opportunity to explore two important archaeological sites: the Lajeira Rock Art Site (an archaeological site dating from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age) and the Fechadura Rock Art Site (an archaeological site dating from the Chalcolithic Period to the Iron Age).
